Terms of Service

narc is a profile platform for publishing links, text, images, audio, video and connected widgets. These terms apply when you access the website, create an account, publish a profile, share a template or purchase Premium. Please also read the Privacy Policy, which explains how the service handles information.

Only use the service if you are legally able to agree to these terms. If your local rules require a parent or guardian’s permission, obtain that permission before creating an account. Do not use the service where doing so is prohibited.

Use a sign-in account you are authorized to control. You are responsible for the information you publish and for protecting your password and access to the Google, Discord or other enabled account used to sign in. Do not share sign-in codes or let another person use your account to evade restrictions.

Contact support if you believe your account has been accessed without permission. We may need to verify account ownership before changing access or processing an account request. Signing in through different providers can create separate identities; accounts are not automatically merged by matching email addresses.

You retain the rights you have in your content. By uploading or publishing it, you give narc permission to store, process, reproduce and display it as needed to operate your profile and the features you choose. This includes delivering your media to visitors and displaying designs you deliberately share as community templates.

You must have the rights and permissions needed for your uploads, audio, lyrics, artwork, video, names and links. Access to a song or image elsewhere does not automatically give you permission to redistribute it. Do not upload material that infringes another person’s rights.

Public material may be copied or cached by visitors and external services. Removing it from a page does not guarantee the removal of third-party copies or immediate deletion of an uploaded file. See the Privacy Policy for more about storage.

Use the service without harming other people, interfering with its operation or misrepresenting who you are. The following are not permitted:

• Fraud, phishing, malware, credential theft or links intended to deceive visitors.
• Threats, targeted harassment, non-consensual intimate content, exploitation or publication of another person’s private information without permission.
• Unlawful content, material that exploits children, or instructions intended to facilitate abuse of the service.
• Impersonating a person or organization in a way that is intended to mislead, including false claims of official affiliation.
• Bypassing access controls, Premium checks, upload limits, ownership verification or moderation restrictions.
• Automated spam, artificially manipulated counters or activity that disrupts the service.

A username identifies your profile within the service. Names are subject to availability and reserved-name rules. Changing your username changes the address people use to reach you; update links you have shared. A username does not establish trademark rights or transfer ownership of a platform domain.

Free includes profile paths on narc.cc and narc.wtf. Premium adds the additional platform domains, supported username subdomains and up to five custom hostnames. Features only work on domains that have the necessary DNS, service routing and HTTPS configuration.

You must control any custom domain you connect and complete the required ownership verification. You remain responsible for registration, renewal, DNS and any registrar fees. Remove a hostname if you stop controlling it. Domain names and certificates are separate from purchasing Premium.

The checkout displays the price, currency and purchase details before you pay. The current offer is a one-time Premium purchase, not an automatic recurring subscription. Payments are processed through xohuspay when checkout is enabled. Do not send card details or payment credentials to our support address.

Premium is activated after the service confirms a paid order. A return from checkout, a screenshot or a pending payment alone does not establish payment. Contact support with the order reference and account address if a confirmed purchase has not appeared.

A one-time purchase covers access to the Premium features offered by the service while the service and account remain available. It is not a guarantee that any particular feature or the service will operate forever. Future offers may have different terms, shown before purchase.

For an incorrect charge, duplicate purchase, missing entitlement or refund request, contact [email protected] with your profile address and order reference. Do not include full payment credentials. Requests may require verification and coordination with the payment provider.

Refund availability depends on the purchase circumstances, applicable consumer rights and the payment provider’s process. Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot legally be waived. A reversed or refunded payment may result in removal of the corresponding Premium entitlement.

Widgets, embeds, links, sign-in providers and payment services are operated by their respective providers. Their own terms, privacy practices, availability and playback restrictions apply. A connection does not mean narc is endorsed by or affiliated with that provider.

Public integrations may stop updating, omit unavailable artwork or show delayed information. You should not treat public activity, badges, views or reactions as a verified identity, security assessment or audited analytics report. We do not control content or transactions on linked websites.

A template is a reusable design, not a transfer of someone’s account or identity. Only share media and settings you have permission to distribute. Applying a template is intended to preserve your username, display name and earned badges; review its appearance and media before saving.

Templates with Premium settings require a Premium entitlement to apply. Likes and favorites reflect visitor activity and do not certify a design’s safety or quality. Badges may describe an account role or platform entitlement; they must not be used to falsely claim official status elsewhere.

Report suspected abuse, impersonation or copyright concerns to [email protected]. Include the profile or media URL, a description of the issue and enough information to explain your relationship to the affected content. Do not attach unnecessary private information.

We may restrict content or accounts to address abuse, security risks, legal obligations or violations of these terms. Where appropriate, we may request more information before acting. If you believe a restriction is mistaken, contact support and explain the account and issue so it can be reviewed.

Features may change, be interrupted or become unavailable because of maintenance, provider changes or technical problems. Keep your own copies of content you cannot afford to lose. Do not rely on a profile page as your only copy of important files or as an emergency communication service.

The service is provided without a promise of uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent allowed by applicable law, we are not responsible for losses caused by unavailable third-party services, your failure to protect your sign-in account or content you choose to publish. This does not exclude obligations or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

You can stop using the service and remove content from your profile settings. Contact support for account closure, uploaded-file removal or another request not available in the dashboard. We may need to verify your identity, and limited records may need to remain for security, disputes or legal obligations.

The date at the top identifies this version. We may update these terms as the service changes. Material changes will be identified through the service or an appropriate account communication where available. Questions about these terms can be sent to [email protected].
